I had a very nice corner room, spacious, clean, and with a nice bathroom. The attention to detail was evident, with a welcome water bottle waiting on the table. The hotel's location was perfect, with a nearby tram line providing easy access to the city and train station.

Needs to be redecorated, very old. Rooms clean but as hotel so old everything just looks dirty anyways. Breakfast is in a very small room and quality of breakfast very poor. Too expensive for what it is.

The hotel was in a nice area, close to the old town and with convenient transport links to the railway station and the un area. The rooms were spacious and mine, looking on to the back, got no noise from outside.

The walls between the rooms were very thin and there was also a connecting door to the room next door, so one was at the mercy of the neighbour and could hear everything from the room next door. The lighting was not good and in particular there was no light over the desk.

The location was very convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and great dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and comfortable. We also appreciated the reliable wifi and daily housekeeping service.

While the room was clean and functional, we found the bed to be uncomfortably small and the noise level from the street outside to be somewhat disruptive.

The reception staff were very friendly, my only criticism is the shower head which could not be angled so had to be held by hand.

For a 3 star hotel, very expensive but I suppose not unusual for Geneva or even Switzerland generally

This hotel is in an amazing location, just a few steps away from public transportation and close to coffee shops and a university. the rooms are clean and spacious with adequate closet space and keyless entry safe. the staff is friendly and the breakfast is standard continental fare. the elevator, though small, works well.

The lobby reception area is very small and narrow.

The room was more spacious than most in this price range, free wi-fi, staff very welcoming and helpful, nice breakfast room in the sunshine on the 5th floor. The location is excellent - various tram and bus lines pass right nearby whisking one very quickly to most other quartiers of Geneva, the vrai oldtown is a 5-min. walk away as are a variety of interesting places to eat.

Reception has only limited hours, closed during midday, and after I beleve 20.30 or 21.00. So you need to be sure that you will be arriving when Reception is open, taking into account the possiblity that trains/planes can be late. Perhaps special arrangements can be made, although it wasn't evident. No problem for me, but might be for others.
